Covid-19 Security Measures
Mallorca is preparing to boost tourism after the cessation of activity by the Coronavirus.
Tourists should travel responsibly following the recommendations of their country of origin and destination. The hotel is taking all the measures recommended by the WHO and different sources, trying to provide a relaxed stay for our guests. A protocol for cleaning and disinfecting rooms and communal areas has been implemented.
Our measures:
- Protocol for disinfection and cleaning of client rooms
- Disinfection protocol for communal areas
- Disinfection of air conditioning: filter cleaning
- Specialized personnel, trained and equipped with hygiene and protection measures
- Social Space, united despite distancing
- Daily temperature controls
- Protocols with sanitary controls for suppliers and employees
- Control of all goods and products that arrive at the hotels, preferably of local and sustainable origin
- The hotel has digital cards by means of a QR code
